Need Analysis Report (Output #1)
As a result of the literature research at the beginning of the project, a list of digital technologies, problem areas and issues relevant to Industry 4.0 were determined. Afterwards, a needs analysis study was conducted to determine priorities on the basis of target groups and countries. The Needs Analysis Report, which is the output of the project that emerged at this stage, can be downloaded here.
Industry 4.0 Scale (Output #1)
The scale which is prepared for the assessment of Industry 4.0 key competencies can be found in this folder.

Training Platform (Output #3)
The training platform (http://cepi40.com/) offers customized training to participants. For this purpose, the platform applies an initial assessment, and presents an individual path of learning for participants.
